Kidling sells only a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery of Kidling Premium

• Premium is delivered digitally to your Kidling account, signed in with your mobile number.
• Access is activated instantly once payment is confirmed by Razorpay, and in all cases within 24 hours.
• You will see your active plan and expiry date in the app under Profile.

Not activated?

If your payment succeeded but Premium is not active within 24 hours, contact kidlingrhymes@gmail.com with your payment ID. We will activate your plan or give a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
