These terms govern your use of the Kidling mobile app and the website kidlingrhymes.com (together, the “Service”, “Kidling”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Kidling

Kidling is designed to be watched by children, but accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your device secure; you must not share or sell access to your account.

3. Kidling Premium

• Kidling Premium is a digital subscription that unlocks all videos in the app for the period you purchase (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app.
• Each plan is a one-time prepaid payment. Plans do not renew automatically and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy another plan.
• Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. We may change prices for future purchases; this never affects a plan you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not copy, download, redistribute, publicly screen or reverse-engineer any content or part of the app.

6. Content and intellectual property

All videos, music, artwork, characters and the Kidling name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We may add, change or remove content from time to time.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If an outage on our side stops you from using Premium for an extended period, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund you as described in our refund policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
